A chemist by training, a Food Scientist by profession, currently a Lecturer in Total Quality Management
and the Research and Conference Coordinator of the Institute of Professional Studies. Also a consumer activist, serves as
officer responsible for food Affairs of the Consumers Association of Ghana an Affiliate of the Consumers International. (http://www.consumersinternational.org/).
Quality Management Consultant, Consult for COLEACP PIP an EU based program for the ACP countries under
the Pesticides Initiative Program (PIP) as a Service Provider for Good Company Practices working with Fruits and Vegetable
exporters. Have background experience as a Regulatory Officer and a certified Food Safety Auditor. Have participated
in International Standards and policy workshops and meetings (including the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special
Dietary Uses, the World Health Assembly and many others) in Asia, Europe, and Africa as well as quality and safety management
trainings with organizational involvement at national level in quality and quality management issues.
Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (ACMI). Married with two children Joshua Jnr. and
Naomi.
